This is the last step in the democratic process available to applicants. You may write to the Minister requesting him/her to overturn or intervene in the decision made by the INZ and or IPT on your application.

You may also write to the Minister if you believe that your situation is special. This may be applicable in some cases where applicants who do not meet the strict criteria of a certain current immigration instructions. The Minister then has the power to grant residence or direct INZ to re-assess the application
